What is Progainer?
Formulated in the light of the latest scientific research, Progainer helps to increase carbohydrate stores before physical activity and accelerate recovery after physical activity.
Ultrafiltered whey protein and vegetable protein with high biological value are used as protein in Progainer. Whey protein, which is rich in BCAA and glutamine precursors; Contains vegetable protein rich in arginine.
Maltodextrin and Dextrose are used as carbohydrates in Progainer and it does not contain table sugar (Sucrose).
The progainer formula is enriched with B vitamins, vitamin C, Folic acid, Calcium and Zinc; Creatine, L-Glutamine and Taurine amino acid derivatives have also been added.
Beginner;
For beginners, it is recommended to mix 1 scoop of product 4 times a day with water or milk according to your taste (75-100 ml) and use it between meals during the familiarization period (first 3 days).
