DIRECTIONS:

The total amounts of calcium adults need every day from food andcalcium supplements:
- 19 to 50 years: 1,000 mg/day
- 51 to 70 years: Men - 1,000 mg/day; Women - 1,200 mg/day
- 71 years and over: 1,200 mg/day

It is the mosteasily absorbed type of Calcium and does NOT require stomach acid forabsorption
