Where to Buy Protein in Lebanon (2026): Brands, Prices and Delivery

Whey protein isolate tub sold in Lebanon

Buying protein in Lebanon is not like buying it in Dubai or London. Stock comes and goes, prices move, and half the listings you find online are for tubs that sold out months ago. This guide covers what is actually available here in 2026, what it should cost, and how to buy without wasting money.

What you can actually buy in Lebanon

The brands that land here in reasonable volume are the European and American names: BioTech USA, Optimum Nutrition, Dymatize, BPI, MuscleTech, QNT, PhD, Weider, Applied Nutrition, Scitec, Kevin Levrone and Nutrex. Plant-based options are thinner on the ground, though brands like Trae Leb cover pea protein.

What changes constantly is the flavour and the size on the shelf. A 2 kg chocolate isolate can be everywhere one month and gone the next. That is why it is worth checking a store's live stock rather than assuming an old listing is accurate.

What protein costs in Lebanon in 2026

As a rough guide, based on what we sell today:

  • Everyday whey, 1 kg: about $65 to $90
  • Whey isolate, 2 kg: about $110 to $130
  • Mass gainer, 5 kg: from about $85
  • Creatine monohydrate, 60 servings: around $25
  • Pre-workout, 30 servings: $30 to $60

The number that actually matters is cost per serving. A $130 tub with 69 servings works out cheaper per shake than a $90 tub with 30. Before you compare two products, divide the price by the servings on the label.

Online or in the shop?

Buying in person lets you check the seal, the expiry date and the batch. Buying online saves you the drive and usually shows you more of the catalogue than any shelf can hold. The sensible middle ground in Lebanon is a store that has both: a physical address you can visit and an online catalogue that reflects real stock.

How to avoid expired or counterfeit tubs

  • Buy from a seller with a physical address. If something is wrong with the tub, you want somewhere to take it back to.
  • Check the expiry date on arrival. Anything under six months of shelf life should be discounted, not sold at full price.
  • Be suspicious of prices far below everyone else. Imported protein has a floor cost. A 2 kg isolate at half the market price is either close to expiry, grey-market, or not what the label says.
  • Look at the seal and the scoop. A missing foil seal or a scoop buried loose in the powder is a bad sign.

Common questions

What if the product I want is sold out?

Every sold-out product page has an Order on WhatsApp button. Send us the product and we will tell you honestly whether it is coming back next week or next month.

Do you ship outside Lebanon?

Not at the moment. We deliver within Lebanon only.

Is cheaper protein worse?

Not necessarily. A basic whey concentrate from a serious brand will build muscle just as well as a premium isolate for most people. Pay more for isolate when lactose bothers you or when you are cutting calories closely, not because the tub looks better.
